As many of you have noticed, most of my plans carry the Ichthus Fish located somewhere on them. Some people wonder what this means. Simply put, this identifies me as a follower of Jesus Christ. This is an important part of who I am. If you are interested, please read on.
Many folks are offended when someone like me shares what is important to them. Yet I would ask you this: do you think it is right for someone to withhold their greatest happiness to others? Perhaps it is right, but it is not generous. I’m not like that. I won’t cram it down your throat - but I will offer you the most important knowledge I have, and you don’t have to pay me a single dime.

In the grand scheme of things, little will come of whether or not you accept God’s claims on your life. The world will not become peacefull, or fall into pieces. Life will continue marching steadily into history. But it will make a big difference to you. You see, either Jesus is real, or He is not. One or the other is true, whether you believe it or not. What you and I believe does not affect reality. As with the young hunter who was "pretty sure he had got a rabbit, but the rabbit was pretty sure he hadn't," reality is unconcerned with our pathetic, small, snivelly opinions. However, our eternal destiny is riding on our choices.
You see, one day not too long ago, Jesus Christ came and visited this planet (this is historical fact). He told everyone that He was actually God, and that if they would repent of their wrongs and believe in Him, He would forgive them, and take them to heaven when they died. However, He cautioned, if they would not repent and believe, they would be judged forever. He did many humanly impossible things while He was here on this earth to prove that He was God. He also said that He would be killed, and that He would rise again.
What He had said proved to be true. In a rigged trial, the powers of the day took Him, sentenced Him to death, and tortured and executed Him. His followers were shocked and crushed. They ran away for fear that they would suffer the same fate. They hid from the public view, and tried to wait out the commotion. But that was not to be, because 3 days after He had been executed, Jesus the Nazarene came back to life again, proving that He was indeed God.
Jesus is still alive today. Many, including the author of this site, know Him personally. He still makes His offer - "repent and trust Me, and I will forgive." But He also warns that some day it will be too late. The decision is yours to make, and you must make it. He is quite emphatic that you either must believe Him, or not. Ambivalence and apathy will not aid you, and He only accepts 100% commitments. The faint of heart need not apply.
If you have any questions about my friend, Jesus of Nazareth, please talk to me. No decision is more important to make. Make certain that you have the facts, because you are gambling on eternity.
