Some day, I’d like to have some real banjo plans for sale.  That’s why I insist on calling this the “banjo” page.  Right now, all I have is this folk instrument can plan. This is the easiest “instrument” we have.

The patriotic canjo on the left was built by a middle school student who had never built and instrument before.

Price Reduced. Developed originally for a High School Physics project, the "Canjo" calls for a cookie tin body, lag bolt tuners, a 2x4 neck, and match stick frets. You may want to use real tuners and fret wire. It's up to you. The sound quality is not terribly impressive, but the project is fun and informative.  This plan is NOT full scale.
